April 9th, 1999 Electro-Voice invited 3 PLRA members to attend the Electro-Voice service seminar in Buchanan Michigan. Sam Lampson, Josh Boling and Tom Colvin were in attendance along with (attendants names). This should have been a two or three day event because of the explanation of service Mr.Spain relentlessly exposed us to. Electro-Voice could be in any industry and be the same monster success simply by the nature of their "customer service". We are all fortunate they choose audio. From in-house manufacturing to end user, Electro-Voice keeps track of each and every driver, cabinet & connector searching for ways to improve product & service. If you get the opportunity to attend this service seminar, be prepared. You may feel like leaving your resume with them in hopes of becoming a part of a very proud group of professionals.
