A90

Water-based sealant for cloth, textile or paper surrounds.

A90 is a water-based sealant for cloth surrounds like are found on most all JBL, Electro-Voice and Cerwin Vega speakers. A90 is applied from a Boston round bottle and spread with a 1" brush.

A90 may be used to add weight to cones requiring a wet look and dampening. Be careful when applying to the cone surface as A90 is heavy and will add lots of weight, so apply thin coats. A great product with careful application. This product is NOT freeze/thaw stable. If A90 freezes it will become globby and will not go on smooth and even. If you notice a stringy viscosity, chances are it has been frozen and cannot be rejuvenated. If your recone center experiences a cold climate below 32F or 0c, make sure you order plenty for the winter months. Its shelf life is extended to 3 years or longer, this makes it easy to order plenty for inventory during those cold times of the year. A90 never dries out, continuing to perform for years on end.
